Welcome!

On an old family estate, there are two holiday houses for rent: the former forester's house and the Bungalow, both you can now spend a relaxing holiday. It is situated within the cross-border national park "Grenspark Kalmthoutse Heide". The Grenspark is known for its high biodiversity and beautiful forest and heather landscapes.

The two villas are comfortably and cosily furnished for eight or ten people. With a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious sitting and dining rooms. They have comfortable bathrooms. There are the annexes, again with more spacious bedrooms and a shower (and toilet). One of the Annexes has a kitchenette.

Do not forget the gardens with their verandas and BBQs and the outside sitting area with a fireplace.

No less than 6,000 hectares of nature reserve await you around the house, where you can walk and cycle endlessly. Even if you do not get out of the house you might see our neighbour's peacock "Max", our resident deers, squirrels, even foxes, our honey buzzard and many more birds or hear the black woodpecker and pine marten, this close you will be to nature.

If you have different interests: Endless dining and fashion shopping in Antwerp. Swimming in Hoogerheide or outlet shopping in Rosada, Roosendaal. Do not forget to visit the old centre of Bergen op Zoom and its Markizaat. The beach is about a 45-60 minute drive, and closer you have the Oesterdam for a swim in open water.

One of the "5 stars" review of happy guests:
"This is a wonderful place to stay in the peaceful woods where you can sit in the garden and watch and listen to the wildlife. If you are up early you may be lucky and see a family of foxes wander past the back windows. You will definitely meet the peacock who you can hear in the woods. ...We enjoyed an evening barbecue or two and sitting around the fire pit as well as more formal meals in the large dining room. The kitchen is well equipped for a large group and I enjoyed cooking on the AGA. ... Putte has everything you need your stay and is close by. We recommend the ice cream shop near the Jumbo supermarket. Thank you, Michael"
